Margaretville Hospital and HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley are pleased to announce a lecture/workshop to assist members of the communities affected by Hurricane Irene. It will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 5 at the Margaretville Central School gymnasium, led by Sr. Maureen Jerkowski, OSF, MSW, a social worker at Good Shepherd Family Services in the Bronx.
Living through a natural disaster can be traumatic…If you have been affected by Hurricane Irene and suffering from stress, come learn some self-care practices that can help you and your family during these traumatic times.
